How much is the shipping for Handmade Beads?
It is $6.50 Australia-wide no matter how many beads you buy. All of the beads are sent by Australia post registered mail. Local customers are welcome to pick up from the store.
For US or Canadian customers - USD$6.50. Insurance optional and highly recommended.
Other countries - please email me.
All of the beads are sent in a bubble wrap packaging.
How much is the shipping for Czech beads and Art Clay Silver products?
All of the shipping costs are determined by weight. Czech beads are light- normally I can fit up to 10 bags in a bubble envelop and it is $2.00. The registered mail is extra $2.35. You can estimate Art Clay Silver product shipping by using Australian Post website -www.austpost.com.au
How long is the shipping?
Normally 2 days Australia-wide. Up to 2 weeks Internationally.
What kind of payment do you accept?
Australia - Direct Deposit, Master/VISA card or Money Order. No cheques please.
International - credit card or Paypal only.
Do you issue a refund?
Yes!! All of the beads do come with 100% satisfactory guarantee. If you are not happy with any product, please return it in its original condition. The refund (minus the shipping) will be issued asap.
